Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the five Android games listed below, together called Brain Arcade. Anacaona Studios is operated by J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #24427, Miami, Florida 33137 US. Contact contact@anacaonastudios.com for support, privacy questions, or requests about personal information. The games are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Play without a studio account

No studio account, name, email address, identity document, or birthday is required to play. Core puzzles work offline. We do not provide cloud saves. Optional studio access uses the pseudonymous access profile described below. The games do not record your microphone, request your contacts, or use precise GPS location.

Optional studio access codes

If the studio provides an access code, you may enter it in Settings → Have an access code? The code contains a random identifier specific to this game. The app checks its signature on your device and sends the associated identifier to RevenueCat to check studio-granted access. RevenueCat stores this pseudonymous access profile and its entitlement status, and its SDK remembers the selected identifier on your device. The identifier is not your name, email address, advertising ID, or Google Play account name. Your puzzle progress stays local.

Using a code is optional. You can play without a code or creating a studio account. Activating or refreshing studio access requires an internet connection; it does not take a payment. For a privacy request about this access profile, tell support the game and that you used a studio code. Do not email the code itself. Support can explain identification steps for eligible provider-held records.

Information stored on your device

The app stores completed-round counts and level progress, earned coins, daily goals and streaks, hint counts, theme selections, language, audio, vibration, reduced-motion and larger-text settings, and acceptance of the current notice. These records let the app resume your local progress and settings. Completed progress stays local. An unfinished board, its score and moves are held only during the running session and may restart after the app closes or its process ends. Game progress and scores are not sent to a studio game server or RevenueCat. Android app backup and transfer of the game’s local files are disabled. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes earned progress; it is not a cloud account that we can recover.

Purchase and privacy SDKs also keep local data such as cached entitlement information, a generated purchase identifier, and applicable privacy choices. This SDK data is separate from your earned game progress.

When online services connect

After you acknowledge the welcome notice, the app can contact RevenueCat to retrieve products and check purchase ownership, and Google’s User Messaging Platform to check applicable privacy requirements. If Google permits ad requests, the advertising SDK may initialize and preload an ad before you choose a rewarded offer or reach a between-round ad break. Acknowledging our notice or terms is not advertising consent, and does not override regional privacy choices. You can keep playing when ads or billing are unavailable.

Advertising and privacy choices

The games use Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and occasional automatic ads between completed rounds. Ad requests use non-personalized advertising and Google’s G content maximum. Non-personalized advertising still processes data. The SDK can send IP addresses and IP-derived approximate location, permitted device or account identifiers such as advertising ID or app-set ID, app/ad interactions including views and taps, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement and analytics, security, and fraud prevention. We do not send your name, email, puzzle answers, scores, or earned progress to AdMob.

Google’s consent platform determines whether ad requests are permitted and whether additional choices are needed. Open Settings → Privacy options when those choices are available. Your device and Google account may offer additional advertising controls. Declining a rewarded ad does not block ordinary play. A Premium purchase removes automatic ads, while rewarded ads remain optional; ad removal alone does not promise that every permitted SDK connection stops.

See Google’s privacy policy, Google’s information for partner apps, and the Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure for provider practices and controls.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Google Play handles checkout and payment credentials; the studio does not receive your payment-card number. RevenueCat helps validate, restore, and manage the app’s one-time purchases. It processes a generated anonymous app-user identifier, purchase history, product and transaction references, store receipts or purchase tokens, entitlement status, last-seen information, and technical details such as app/device/operating-system information, locale and currency. Its service connections also involve an IP address. These records support purchase functionality, fraud prevention, and purchase reporting available to the studio.

We do not provide names, emails, game answers, scores, or round progress as RevenueCat customer attributes. Automatic advertising-identifier collection is disabled in our RevenueCat configuration. Purchase records may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under provider arrangements. Both RevenueCat and Google document encryption in transit for their SDK data. See RevenueCat’s privacy information and its Google Play Data Safety guidance.

Support, retention, and deletion

If you contact us, we process the email address, message, and information you choose to provide to answer your request, troubleshoot, or fulfill applicable privacy obligations. Do not send passwords, card details, or identity documents unless we explain a specific need and a suitable method.

Use Settings → Reset local progress to clear earned game progress from this installation. To remove all local app data, use Android’s app-storage controls or uninstall. These actions do not delete Google Play or RevenueCat purchase records and do not refund a purchase.

To request access, correction, or deletion of provider-held information processed for the studio, email contact@anacaonastudios.com with the game name and your request. A Google Play transaction reference, or a RevenueCat customer/support identifier if you already have it, can help locate the record. If you do not have either, contact us and we will explain the available identification steps. We may request limited information necessary to verify and fulfill the request. We can instruct RevenueCat regarding eligible records; Google handles its records under its own controls. Applicable rights depend on your location.

Local records remain until reset or removal. Support and purchase records are kept as needed to resolve requests, maintain valid purchased access, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Deletion may affect restoration of purchased access. We do not promise that a local reset deletes every provider record or required transaction record.

Adults, regions, and changes

These games are designed and distributed for adults 18 and over, not for children. This is not independent identity or age verification. If you believe a minor provided personal information to the studio, contact contact@anacaonastudios.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

Store availability excludes EEA countries, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland in the current launch plan. Store settings do not prove a player’s location; applicable privacy checks still operate for travelers or existing installations. We will update this policy when practices change and provide an in-app notice or new privacy choice when required. The date above identifies this policy version. The studio website policy separately explains the website.
