The games and your choice

These terms cover the five Android games listed below. Anacaona Studios, operated by J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC, provides them for personal entertainment for adults aged 18 and over. Your acknowledgement is not consent to advertising; applicable privacy choices are separate.

Free play and local progress

You can play every core puzzle without buying anything. The games have no energy system or paid lives. Where a game offers hints, free play includes three hints per day. Glow Path’s Listen replay is always free. Earned coins, stars, scores, daily progress and streaks have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, wagered or redeemed for prizes. These games do not offer cash gambling, betting, paid chance prizes, or a claim of medical treatment or guaranteed cognitive improvement.

Progress stays on your device. There is no cloud save or studio player account. Backup and transfer of game files are disabled. Resetting progress, clearing app data, or uninstalling can erase earned progress, and we cannot recover it from a server. Purchased access can be restored separately through the same eligible Google Play account and a working connection.

Optional studio access

The studio may provide a game-specific access code. Entering a valid code selects a pseudonymous RevenueCat profile, and benefits are provided only when the service confirms the associated entitlement. No payment is taken and no Google Play purchase is created by entering a code. This optional access does not require creating an email/password account or change local game progress. An internet connection is required to activate or refresh it. Paid purchases and their restoration continue to use Google Play and RevenueCat separately.

Ads and optional rewards

Automatic ads can appear at occasional completed-round transitions, never as a required payment for the next ordinary puzzle. Optional rewarded ads disclose the coin bonus or hint before you choose them. The reward is added when the advertising provider confirms that it was earned; closing early or an unavailable ad does not earn the reward. Declining does not prevent ordinary play. Ad availability varies with connectivity, privacy eligibility and inventory. Contact support if a completed rewarded ad does not grant the promised reward.

What the one-time purchases include

• Premium: removes automatic between-round ads in this game, gives unlimited hints where this game offers hints, and unlocks all six appearance themes. Glow Path’s Listen replay stays free. Rewarded ad offers remain optional.
• Theme Collection: unlocks all six appearance themes in this game only. It does not remove ads or change hint limits. Premium already includes these themes.

Both are optional one-time purchases, apply to this game only, and are not subscriptions. We do not currently sell consumable coins. The applicable Google Play price, currency and purchase details are shown before checkout. Do not buy Theme Collection to obtain ad removal, and do not buy it again when Premium already provides its benefit.

Payments, restoration and refunds

Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat verifies and manages purchased access. Cancelled, pending or unverified transactions do not unlock a benefit until verified. To restore, use Settings → Restore purchases with the Google Play account used for the purchase. An internet connection and store availability are required; restoration does not restore earned coins, scores or progress.

Refunds and cancellation of a completed transaction are handled under Google Play’s refund rules and applicable law. You can contact us for purchase support. A refund or revocation may remove the associated benefit when ownership is refreshed. Deleting local or provider records does not itself refund a transaction. Nothing here removes a consumer right provided by applicable law.

Use and ownership

We grant a limited, personal, noncommercial right to use the game while you comply with these terms. The studio and its licensors retain rights in the app, code, artwork, sounds and branding. Do not redistribute the app or its assets, interfere with ads or billing, fabricate purchase records, exploit another person’s payment account, or use the app unlawfully. Exceptions required by applicable law remain available.

Availability, changes and contact

Devices, markets, ads, purchases and online services may differ in availability. Offline play does not guarantee that every third-party feature works without a connection. We may fix issues, update content and services, or change these terms; material changes will be communicated when required. We will not use a term update to remove your mandatory legal rights.
